Pressure Washing
Houses / Buildings
This includes everything from the top of the gutter face down to the ground. (fascia trim, soffits, gutters, downspouts, exterior of windows, window trim, shutters, exterior doors, dormers, and any other vinyl trim) This process removes all organic material such as mold, mildew, green algae, etc. This DOES NOT include roof or anything inorganic such as artillery fungus, oxidation or rust stains.
Roof Wash
This is a Soft Wash process that is recommended by the Asphalt Roof Manufactures Association (ARMA). This includes treating the roof to remove the black lines (Gleocapsa Magma) and/or green algae which is organic growth on your roof. This DOES REQUIRE an additional gutter cleanout service to prevent gutter damages caused from potential foreign objects (metal hardware) reacting with the chemicals used to clean the roof that could result in holes in gutters.
Hardscapes, Walkways and Driveway Cleaning
This includes pre-treating all concrete, surface cleaning and rinsing. This allows us to remove the organic matter safely and effectively leaving it looking bright and new again. This DOES NOT include the removal of inorganic matter such as oil stains, rust, etc. unless otherwise noted.
Machinery / Heavy Equipment
This is a cleaning process that requires chemicals designed specifically to clean off materials such as asphalt, cement, grease, oils, tar etc. that typically isn't used for other cleaning. It requires high pressure unlike house and roof washing.
Fleet Trucks
This includes a cleaning process of either a one step chemical that requires brushing or a two step process that uses only chemicals without brushing. Some additional options such as aluminum brighteners, interior cleaning or dedicated areas like engine bays, under carriage etc. can be added upon request for additional cost.
